Delivery Delays
Due to the high demand and increased activity during the Black Friday period, our providers are experiencing delays in deliveries. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your orders arrive as soon as possible.

Royal Mail 48 (Order Before 9pm)

Royal Mail 48 is FREE on orders over £25

Orders placed before 9pm will be dispatched same day.

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and tracking will be sent to you once the order is with the carrier.

Important Note:

Royal Mail 48 is a 48 Hour Delivery Service.

However, it is not a guaranteed service and deliveries will be made within 2-3 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).

Royal Mail does not deliver on Sunday.

During busy periods, LullaBellz and Royal Mail will try their utmost best to provide a guaranteed service, however, we cannot be held responsible should any delivery issues and delays occur. Order tracking is available by logging into your account.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Royal Mail 24 (Order before 9pm)

Royal Mail 28 is FREE on orders over £30.

Orders placed before 9pm will be dispatched same day.

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and tracking will be sent to you once the order is with the carrier.

UK Next Day Guaranteed Delivery By 12pm - DPD (Order before 4pm Mon-Fri)

UK Next Day By 1pm (Order before 4pm Mon-Fri) is £5.95 and your order will be delivered via the DPD. You must order before 4pm Monday- Friday to receive next day delivery. We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday.

The service is usually delivered within 1 working day to UK Mainland. Delivery to the following postcodes is not guaranteed on this 1 day service;

  • BT - Northern Ireland
  • HS - Outer Hebrides
  • IM - Isle of Man
  • ZE - Shetland Islands
  • IV - Inverness
  • KW - Kirkwall
  • GY - Guernsey
  • JE - Jersey

EU & Worldwide Delivery Information

For peace of mind, LullaBellz only offers trackable international delivery.

To EU Zone 1 destinations the cost is £6.95

(Estonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech, Denmark, Croatia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland).

To EU Zone 2 destinations the cost is £9.95

(Belarus, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Rest of Western Europe, Rest of Eastern Europe).

Rest of the World the cost is £12.95

Deliveries will be made within 5-10 working days from the date your order is placed depending on your location. Your parcel may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control such as custom holds and item checks, a refund of shipping costs will not be permitted on this occasion. 

Customs charges and taxes are covered by Lullabellz up to the order value of EUR149.00. Orders over EUR150.00 will be subject to additional customs charges payable by the customer. If you have any issues with custom charges please contact accounts@lullabellz.com with your order number.

Terms of Postage

If you opt for Standard Delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, LullaBellz will re-ship your order at our own expense and make a claim on your behalf.

If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, LullaBellz will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.

LullaBellz reserves the right to request additional documentation and information from the claimant or recipient to protect against unwarranted or duplicate claims. Please note claims can ONLY be made in the event of Loss or Damage of a parcel. We shall not be liable under any circumstances for any Loss or Damage unless you notify us either via email at hello@lullabellz.com within 28 days from the purchase date. This does not affect your Consumer Rights.
