RETURNS - UNITED KINGDOM
You are welcome to return your unwanted items within 14 days as long as all returning items are unused and in their original packaging (still attached to the backboard, with tags on and with hygiene seal still intact, if applicable)!

Visit our returns portal HERE and follow the steps to return your order.
Important things to note:
- Please include the # (hashtag) in front of your order number to access the portal.
- Remember to use the email address associated with the order.
Please note that LullaBellz deduct £4.75 from refunds when returning an order using our Returns Labels, unless you choose Store Credit in which case your returns label will be completely free. Your refund will also be minus any original postage cost.
Once Store Credit has been selected for your return, we're unable to change or amend this request in our system.
Alternatively, you can return this at your local post office if you would prefer.
Returned item must be unused and in their original packaging. This includes being still attached to the backboard, with tags on and the hygiene seal still intact. Items returned with the hygiene sticker broken cannot be refunded.
RETURNS - EU & REST OF WORLD
International customers are welcome to return your unwanted items. To start a return as an international customer (ordered from outside of the UK) please contact us at hello@lullabellz.com where one of our customer service team will be able to help you.
Hair Care Returns:
LullaBellz Hair Care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
This includes our open colour Swatch Samples, Shampoo & Conditioner, Slick & Fix Styling Gel & Slick Back Down Baby Hair Styler, Shampoo & Conditioner Minis, Knots Out Detangling Spray, Sleek, Style & Set Mousse, 12-in-1 Hot Girl Spritz, Revive & Thrive Mask,For hygiene reasons we cannot accept back products which have been worn/used or with hygiene seals broken, even if this is to check suitability, unless faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging, still attached to the product backing card and with any packing and retaining hygiene seals intact where appropriate.For this reason, we also reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have been able to verify that the product is unused. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 states “consumers will lose their right to cancel if they unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons”. If the buyer removed hygiene seals against instructions to the contrary, they are likely to be deemed to have ‘accepted’ the goods and are not entitled to be refunded.
