What’s Covered:
Our guarantee applies strictly to manufacturing faults. During our testing process, we look for:
- Excessive shedding
- Matting or tangling that isn’t due to product build-up or improper care
- Discolouration not caused by external factors (e.g. incorrect washing, haircare, UV rays or heat styling)
- Irregular texture or inconsistent curl/pattern
- Cuticle misalignment
- Elasticity issues
- Nano bond snapping – if more than 10% of nano bonds are found to have snapped under normal use and correct application within the first 30 days.
If any of these faults are found and verified through our testing process, a replacement, credit or refund will be offered as per our policy.
